Here are some of the resources that I believe will help me along my Mastery journey and in creating my Personal Learning Network.
Using Feedly I will continue to follow both industries within my field of Instructional Design and Technology. There are three groups that I am breaking my Feedly into:
- My main focus will be on educational technology through resources such as Hack Education and iLearn Technology.
- TED-Ed is a transitional feed as it merges concepts and ideas from education with technology and inspiration.
- Simon Sinek is an individual that I have come to admire and follow closely as I believe that his ideas transcend multiple fields.
- My “Technology” group will grow as time goes on but I was to make sure that it is concentrated as this area can be overwhelming if not filtered correctly.
I will continue growing my PLN through the use of my LinkedIn account. Part of this will be making sure that I continue to make new connections with those in my field as well as maintaining my preexisting ones.
